Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Clem Moorer III

Clem is a visionary finance and investment executive with a strong background in structured finance, client relations, and risk mitigation. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sakina Group, Clem leads a purpose-driven investment and consulting firm dedicated to sustainable community development. His work integrates Shariah-compliant investment strategies, infrastructure innovation, and ethical financial intelligence to drive prosperity in underserved areas.

Clem brings a diverse set of experiences across banking, decentralized finance, and private equity. Prior to founding Sakina Group, he was a Business Development Executive at Controlled Investments, a global private equity and advisory firm. There, he contributed to over $1.1 billion in executed transactions, helping clients secure capital through a vast global lender and investor network. His background also includes roles at United Wholesale Mortgage, Fifth Third Bank, and US Capital, where he specialized in deal origination and commercial development financing.
